SunRisers Hyderabad owner Kavya Maran was seen celebrating enthusiastically after wicketkeeper-batsman Heinrich Klassen hit a six off Kolkata Knight Riders Harshit Rana in the third final of the IPL 2024 match at the Eden Gardens Stadium in Kolkata on Saturday.
Heinrich Klassen was at his attacking best as he took the KKR bowlers to the cleaners in SRH’s 209-run chase When SRH were in trouble, Klassen switched to beast mode and hit Varun Chakravarthy and Mitchell Starc all over the park and bring down the equation to 13 runs off six balls needed to win.
On the first ball of the final, Klassen put immense pressure on Kolkata Knight Riders after he hit a huge six off a Harshit Rana delivery and brought the game down to seven runs off 5 balls to win it. Kavya Maran was jumping for joy as SRH edged closer to victory. The video of the same went viral on social media.
