In the complaint given to the police, Mahabir, who lives in Ward 6 in Kharkhoda, said that his son Abhishek had dealt with some people. Sandeep Seni, Gullu, Masterji and Bunty Chakkiwala had to give around Rs 14 lakh to his son Abhishek. Despite repeated requests, they did not return the money. They threatened to kill him if he asked for money in return. They harassed and harassed his son so much that he committed suicide on 27 May because of their fear.
Mahabir said that his son Abhishek committed suicide by hanging himself due to fear and pressure from these four. He had given a complaint to the police. The police have taken no action so far. The accused is still at large.
SI Bijendra Singh of Kharkhoda police station said information was received on May 27 that Abhishek had committed suicide. He arrived at the scene with the team, after taking pictures the forensic team carried out the inspection. Later, the father of the deceased Mahabir lodged a complaint. When the case became suspicious, a complaint was registered and a post mortem was conducted on the body of deceased Abhishek at Sonipat Hospital.
Today Mahabir again came to the police station and submitted the two-page suicide note and a 43-page return statement written by the deceased. The police have registered a case against the four accused under section 306/34 IPC.
