Furthermore, alongside the introduction of separate tracks, the award process has been revamped with new award categories and evaluation parameters. These updates are designed to better align with the evolving landscape of the HR community and workplace practices. The new categories have been carefully curated to cover a wide range of initiatives and achievements within the HR field, giving organizations more opportunities to showcase their outstanding contributions.

The 2024 SHRM HR Excellence Awards promises to be a milestone, with 22 award categories in 3 tracks shining a light on the elegance of HR and showcasing the transformative power of exceptional people management. There are 11 awards under Enterprise, 6 awards under PSE and 5 awards under New Businesses/MSMEs respectively and the last date for applications is 5ed August 2024.
