Secret documents matter, Trump goes to Supreme Court
Former US President Donald Trump is appealing to the Supreme Court against the FBI raid on his Florida residence.
Former US President Donald Trump’s lawyer has filed a Supreme Court petition against the FBI raid on Trump’s Florida residence, according to foreign media, saying the raid has undermined the American people’s trust in the justice system.
Trump’s lawyer added that the documents were declassified during Donald Trump’s presidency.
It should be noted that the FBI raided former US President Donald Trump’s residence two months ago in August and claimed to have found sensitive documents there.
The report states that during the search of Trump’s home, the FBI seized 11 classified documents, some of which were marked “Top Secret.” 100 of these documents were classified as sensitive.

After the discovery of these documents, the FBI said that former President Trump could be charged with espionage.
