Independent MLA Krijo Keri, who was elected from Arunachal Pradesh’s Tejo assembly seat, got a major relief from the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court confirmed Krijo’s election. A bench of Justices Aniruddha Bose and Sanjay Kumar set aside the July 17, 2023 judgment of the Itanagar bench of the Gauhati High Court.
