Amaravati – The newly formed Chandrababu government in AP has focused on the education department. Human Resources Minister, Information and Electronics Minister Nara Lokesh conducted the review today. A review was conducted with those in charge of dropout and infrastructure. Lokesh advised officials to study the policies followed by the Delhi government and the policies in other states regarding sanitation management in schools. The number of students who transferred from government schools to private schools in the last five years and the reasons behind it were analyzed and orders were given to give a comprehensive report.

It was revealed that a central decision was made to give textbooks, notebooks and backpacks to students studying in the government colleges until July 15. Lokesh was surprised that the previous government did not provide textbooks, notebooks and backpacks to students studying in colleges. He told the officials how students can learn without giving them textbooks. He ordered that textbooks be distributed immediately.

According to him, in addition to the new works that will be carried out, Phase 2 and Phase 3 works that were stopped during the previous government should be completed within a year. Lokesh questioned the officials about the quality of midday meals provided to students in government schools. Lokesh suggested that Ambedkar, the director of the mid-day meal program, give a comprehensive report on the measures to be taken to ensure that the mid-day meal is tasty and of high quality.

Similarly, the SPD for Comprehensive Punishment Abhiyan has been mandated to analyze the number of students who have shifted from government to private schools in the last five years and the reasons for the same. It was clarified that the details of general dropouts who joined the school and left in the middle must also be given. He asked them to prepare a report detailing how well the school is available to the students in the respective villages. According to him, several schools have been closed in the last five years and the reasons should also be given.

The director of the libraries was directed to find out where the best library model in the country is located, to look at it and submit a comment about it. The authorities concerned have been advised to submit a comprehensive note on the content of Byjus and the use of IFB. Along with a comprehensive comment on the CBSE schools, Minister Lokesh directed the authorities to give a comprehensive comment on the type of training to be given to students during this year and what steps have been taken regarding the 82 thousand students who are going to pass. This year’s tenth grade exams.

In addition, he was ordered to give the details of the bikes purchased by the previous TDP government and later disposed of by the government. Lokesh clarified that from now on teacher transfers will be done transparently. They said they would bring back the transparent policy their government had implemented in the past. Also, the officials were instructed to prepare suitable plans for the full utilization of the central funds.
