Norwich (Newsdesk) A British citizen has attempted to set a Guinness World Record by running a mile in a swimming pool in a short time.
Adam Lopez, 37, from Norwich, UK completed 63 laps in the 82ft long swimming pool in 35 minutes and 24 seconds.
Adam Lopez covered the distance in four minutes and 30 seconds less than the current Guinness World Record. However, the organization has yet to confirm evidence of their efforts.

Adam Lopez said he started exercising in the swimming pool after being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.
He said that sometimes we don’t give importance to our lives and our health and we shouldn’t, we should take care of our body.
The record-breaking effort raised money for Grace, a 5-year-old girl diagnosed with spinal muscular atrophy.
