RBI Grade B Salary: The grade B salary in the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is considered an important factor in motivating the youth to find work here. There is a trial period for the first two years for appointment.
According to the bank, the probationary period can be extended up to a maximum of four years.
Candidates selected in these posts can also be posted and transferred anywhere in India.
There are possibilities for promotion in higher grades.

Career growth in RBI Grade II
If a candidate selected for RBI Grade II post works with honesty and dedication, then RBI Grade II officer can reach CGM level. A few Grade II officers managed to reach the post of Executive Director (ED) and very few reached the post of Deputy Governor.
