The winning team celebrates after the victory
On Tuesday, Sitamarhi defeated Madhubani by 57 runs in the ninth league match of Randhir Verma Under-19 District Inter-District Cricket Tournament (Mithila Region) organized by Bihar Cricket Association in Darbhanga district. Batting first after winning the toss in the scheduled 50-over ODI match played at the Nehru Lahriyasrai Stadium, Sitmari team scored 214 runs and lost nine wickets in 50 overs. Batsman Sachin Sachin scored 53 not out, Vaibhav scored 41, Shivanand scored 23 and Priyanshu scored 18 runs. Madhubani bowler Aditya Raj took three wickets, Abhishek took two wickets, Abhay, Naresh and Sabash also took one wicket each.
Madhubani lost the match by 57 runs
