New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will win all the seats in Karnataka this time in the upcoming Lok Sabha Election. Defense Minister and senior BJP leader Rajnath Singh in an exclusive interview with 18 Network Group Editor Rahul Joshi said that Tamil Nadu and Kerala will also achieve significant results. Responding to a question about the BJP’s election campaign in the southern states, Singh expressed confidence that Kamal’s Party would win a majority in the Lok Sabha in the 130 seats in five southern states including the Union Territory of Puducherry. He said that winning these southern seats is essential for the BJP’s target of 370 seats in the Lok Sabha.

“The BJP will win all 28 seats in Karnataka,” Singh said. The defeat of a party in the 2023 assembly elections will have no effect on the results of the Lok Sabha elections. It is not related to assembly elections or Lok Sabha elections. He said that the Congress had won many seats in the assembly elections last time as well, but it was the BJP that had won more seats in the Lok Sabha.

There is no crack
A senior BJP leader rejected the reports of a rift in the Karnataka BJP and said, “There is no rift within the party. This time we have also made an alliance with JDS. Shakti has further strengthened in Karnataka,” he said.

When asked about BJP’s prospects in Tamil Nadu and Kerala, Singh said, “We will not only open an account, but we will get good seats in Tamil Nadu. I will not comment on the number of constituencies, but it is a calculation good. will open an account in Kerala too. This time there will be no state where the BJP will not open an account. We will be in every state. We will perform well,” he said.
The five southern states, including Puducherry, have 130 seats out of a total of 543 Lok Sabha seats. Tamil Nadu has 39 seats in the lower house of Parliament, Karnataka has 28. Andhra Pradesh has 25 seats in the Lok Sabha and Kerala has 20 seats. Telangana has 17 MPs.
