New Delhi: Rajnath Singh was sworn in as Union Minister after Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the Rashtrapati Bhavan. Then Amit Shah and JP Nadda took oath respectively. Nitin Gadkari, Shivraj Singh Chouhan administered the oath of office by the President. Nirmala Sitharaman was sworn in as the first woman minister. All the leaders had sworn in the name of God.

BJP leader S Jaishankar took oath as Union Cabinet Minister in the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led NDA government at Rashtrapati Bhavan in Delhi. After him Manohar Lal Khattar joined the cabinet.

Piyush Goyal, Dharmendra Pradhan, Jitan Ram Manjhi, Rajeev Ranjan (Lalan) Singh, Sarbananda Sonowal took oath. Kinjarapu Ram Mohan Naidu, Dr Virendra Kumar, Pralhad Joshi, Jual Oram, Giriraj Singh, Ashwini Vaishnav, Jyotiraditya Scindia joined the Union Cabinet.
