Encouraging eligibility for education program: This program will be implemented by the director of the government college on behalf of the higher education department. These documents are necessary for tenant farmers and agricultural labourers, such persons having NREGA job card, selected in Ujjwala scheme, selected in any other scheme registered in the state government, ration card or original residence certificate of that village, small, marginal, tenant. Farmers and agricultural laborers annual income should be Rs 2.50 lakh or less.
