Contrary to the bail request of six defendants in the Porsche car accident case, the prosecution argued on Monday that they are influential people and many key witnesses fear them. Hearing on the bail admission of six defendants
The six defendants whose bail application is being discussed in this case include the minor’s parents Vishal and Shivani Aggarwal, Dr. Ajay Tower and Dr. Srihari Halenur of Sassoon General Hospital as well as alleged middlemen, Ashfaq Makander and Amar Gaikwad.

In the case, Assistant Commissioner of Police Ingle said that the conspiracy to exchange the minor’s blood samples was hatched in the Iranian cafe in the Vadgaonshree area and contact was made with the accused Dr. Ajay Tower and lured him. According to him, although Dr. Tower told the other defendant that he would not come forward, the investigation revealed that Tower had a key role in the whole conspiracy.
