Balod: Employees and workers working in factories and institutions will receive paid leave to vote in the first phase of voting on April 19 and in the second phase on April 26 and May 7. The appointed labor officer, Sangita Nattam, said that in such factories that work seven days a week, first and second shift workers will get a break of two hours each on the day of the vote. Workers working in factories operating in a continuous process will be given the facility to vote out of turn. A voting facility will also be provided to all daily wage earners and casual workers.
