The Aam Aadmi Party’s protest continues against the arrest of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Today the party will surround the Prime Minister’s home. Kejriwal was arrested from his home on March 21 in the liquor policy scam case. He is in custody until 28 March.
Here, today Kejriwal has announced the government’s second order of ED custody. PAA Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj said that Kejriwal has directed the Health Ministry that there should be no shortage of medicines for the poor in Mohalla Clinics. Free tests and medicines should be provided to people.
Earlier, on March 24, Kejriwal had issued the government’s first order in the name of the Water Ministry. He had directed Water Minister Atishi to arrange tankers where there is water shortage in Delhi. At the time of his appearance in court, he had said that he would not resign and that he would run the government from prison if necessary.

ED is investigating how Kejriwal is giving orders from custody.
So far Kejriwal has issued two government orders of ED custody. Water Minister Atishi had informed about his first order on March 24. Kejriwal said in this order that where there is shortage of water in Delhi, it should be supplied through tankers.
After this ED took cognizance of the case. The agency is investigating whether any Prime Minister has the right to issue custody orders under the court order.
At the same time, Vineet Jindal’s lawyer has written a letter to Delhi Lieutenant-Governor VK Saxena on the orders of Arvind Kejriwal. It is written in it that Kejriwal has been arrested by ED. If a government official is on remand, he is not allowed to interact with the outside world without a court order. In Kejriwal’s case, only his wife and legal adviser are allowed to meet him. The court has not given permission to Kejriwal to issue any kind of order.
