At MYH, patient slips are distributed online under e-hospital, but patients and their families still have to stand in queues. Therefore, e-health was implemented so that they do not have to stand in queues. Under this system, patients can be directly examined by a doctor in the OPD by registering through a mobile phone.
Volunteers are also stationed here, so that the patients do not face any problem in the new system. Officials say e-health is new software. Through the same, OPD appointments are given to the patients, but due to the high load of patients, the speed remained slow. The slip was made through e-hospital, but its server was also down. Patients can join the new system in this way
1. Aabha app (ABHA) will have to be downloaded in the mobile phone. Volunteers also help in the hospital for this. 2. Bar codes are placed at various places in OPD. As soon as the patients scan them and enter their details, they will be given the identification number. 3. Separate counters have been made in OPD, where details will appear on the computer after giving the ID number. With this the prescription will be printed. 4. This app will automatically update the patient’s information entered in Aadhaar. With this, there will be no doubt about name and address in the slip.
