Now train ticket is booked by voice, soon this facility will be available.

New Delhi: To book a train ticket, one has to log on to the IRCTC website and fill a form in which the passenger’s name and travel details are submitted in writing. It takes a long time to book tickets at this time. Many times, even if a person has a seat, he gets a waiting ticket, but now one can avoid the hassle of filling the form. In fact, IRCTC is now introducing such an advanced voice feature, wherein the ticket is booked through voice.

People can use this new IRTCC feature along the lines of Google Voice Assistant and Amazon Alexa. Railways has made full arrangements to make this feature accessible to passengers.
IRTCC’s upcoming voice-based e-ticketing facility will make the online reservation ticket booking process easier and faster.
According to a report in ET Now, sources said that IRCTC is currently making some important changes to AskDisha’s AI (Artificial Intelligence) platform.
Explain that Askdisha is a special program developed by IRCTC to answer passengers’ queries. Available on IRCTC website. Currently, AskDisha allows customers to book tickets and other services through OTP authentication login. Users are not required to login with their IRCTC user id and password to use this facility.
