On Tuesday, Civil Court CJM Puneet Kumar Tiwari issued a show cause notice to the district mining officer and Sadar police station superintendent in a case related to the mining department. In case number 659/2022 of Sadar station, a notice was given to the district mining officer and the head of police station in Shaikhpura city. In fact, in the said incident, a case was registered by mining inspector Ashwani Kumar of the mining department and according to the FIR, the truck was caught empty and sand was found dumped nearby , the mining inspector said in the FIR that the fake Chalann was also seized. But till date the fake chalann was not included in the seizure list and the demand for fake chalann was filed several times in the CJM court , lawyer Shyam Kishore Kumar, aka Sudhir Kumar Yadav, said that last year in 2023, the judge demanded a bogus plea. However, the investigator of the aforementioned case appeared in court and told in the context of a fake case that the mining department did not provide any fake trial. Subsequently, the District and Sessions Judge Shaikhpura provided the clients with a bail facility without depositing the mining fine. Due to the false FIR filed by the mining department, my client’s truck is still rotting in the open sky.
