A 19-second clip of Union Minister Nitin Gadkari’s interview has been mixed and posted.
Union Minister Nitin Gadkari has sent a legal notice to Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge and General Secretary Jairam Ramesh on Friday (March 1). The notice said that a video spreading confusion about Gadkari was being shared.
According to the notice, the video has been shared with the intention of spreading confusion and sentiment against Gadkari in the eyes of the public. This is a failed attempt to create a rift in the unity of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
The video is an interview given to a news portal, which has been distorted. Congress has uploaded the video, it has nothing to do with the current situation.
In the notice, Gadkari has demanded the removal of the video within 24 hours and a written apology within 3 days.
This video was shared on Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’s X account, which was reposted by Jairam Ramesh.

This video was posted on the In the video, Nitin Gadkari is seen saying – Today the villages, the laborers and the farmers are sad. There are no good roads in the village, no clean water to drink, no good hospitals, no good schools. The caption reads- Confession of injustice.
Immediately after this, there is a video of Rahul Gandhi, where he says that the Congress government will return the water, forests and land of the tribes to them.
According to Gadkari, Congress has cut those parts of the video where he said how much efforts are being made. Which gets good results.
Gadkari was shocked after seeing the video – Advocate Balendu
Advocate Balendu Shekhar said that my client Gadkari was shocked after seeing the video, hence he sent this notice. If the Congress President and Jairam Ramesh do not remove the video and apologize, then my client will have no other option but to file a criminal and civil case against them.
