The Niagara Regional Police Service is investigating after two bodies were found dead inside a home in St. Catharines, Ont., on Monday.
Police said officers responded to an ambulance call for assistance at a residence on Elma Street, near Scott and Dorthy streets, just after 12:15pm.
When officers arrived, they found two deceased people inside the home.
The police said that the investigation is still in its initial stages and that the names of those who died are not being released at this time.
