Narmadapuram (Madhya Pradesh): Training for officers and workers of all the Narmadapuram development blocks involved in the LS elections began on Saturday. Sonia Meena, the Collector and Regional Election Officer, initiated the training with a unique innovation. The Assistant Nodal Officer for Training Management, SPS Bisen, told us that an online quiz had been organized as part of this initiative to analyze the engagement of officers and workers in the training held in each development block in the area .
The aim of the quiz is to make training more engaging and prevent it from becoming monotonous. It contains 20 to 30 questions related to the electoral process, with four options for each question and 30 seconds to answer each question. Following the training, the officers and employees who took part in the quiz provided answers, based on which further detailed explanations were provided to address their queries.
The Assistant Nodal Officer for Training Management mentioned that about 2970 officers and workers participated on Friday in the training program held in all development blocks in the area. All participants appreciated the quiz’s innovative role in providing them with clear and simple information about the electoral process.
The collector advised all the officers and workers present at the training to perform their duties in accordance with the training provided for the electoral work. Following their participation in the training, officers and employees shared that they found the unique innovation in training very convenient and that the information provided during the training was easy to understand. Before this, an awareness rally was held from Circuit House to Paryatan Ghat to raise awareness among voters.
