He first came to the RWD office of the Rural Works Department located at Kheeru Chowk, Bari Haat Road. During the surprise inspection, the chief engineer of the village works department was found to be absent from the office. The member of parliament took stock of the ongoing and completed works in Purnia and gave the necessary instructions to the officers and workers who were present there. He said he would stop the corruption within three months.

After that, Member of Parliament Peppu Yadav came to do a surprise inspection of Road Construction Department and PWD office located on Indira Gandhi Stadium Road. During the inspection, the senior engineer of the road construction division was absent from his office. The senior engineer arrived at the office about half an hour after the arrival of MP Pepo Yadav. After that, the member of parliament took stock of the departmental work. He also gave many important instructions to officials.

Peppu Yadav said I will keep all the work of RWD and PWD and investigate it. I have two instruments, Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. I will use both better. Now the officials will have to work. A letter will be written to the NHAI minister soon. I will meet Union Minister Nitin Gadkari regarding the irregularities in Purnia’s NHAI. Such contractors who defrauded the amount when entering the tender. There are incomplete works, actions will be taken on them. Irregularities were found in many contracts, which will be examined.

Until the road from Lada to Manihari is not completed, they will have to collect toll as the toll holders are facing a loss of more than Rs 50 lakh.
