The Krakus City Concert Hall in Krasnogorsk, north of Moscow, was reduced to rubble after a terrorist attack. Rescue work is still going on. Firefighters rescued about 100 people from the hall’s basement, authorities told Russian news outlets. Members of the Picnic Rock band have been rescued. The militants escaped in a van, no one has been caught so far.
