The MLA also said that he will bring the issue of misbehavior to the attention of the higher authorities. The incident took place on Friday at the post office on Kachari Road in Siliguri. On this day, Shankar Ghosh went to the post office with his workers and supporters to buy the national flag. That’s where it happens. And the MLAs and BJP workers got angry at that.
It is known that Shankar Ghosh went to the post office to buy flags on the occasion of ‘Azadi Ki Mohotsav’. He went there and stood in front of the counter. There was no staff at that counter at that time. He went to eat at noon, said an employee of the adjacent counter. It was the worker who allegedly misbehaved with the MLA asking him to come later. Shankar Ghosh also ACHIed his anger by bringing up the issue of going to lunch before time.
Before the situation went out of control, the rest of the post office staff came and handled it. Finally the MLAs and BJP workers supporters went back after buying the flag. Later the MLA said, ‘If this is done with a MLA, how do they work with common people.’ He will inform the concerned department as well as the MP.
