Megan Fox is ready to tell all about her cosmetic surgery – but there’s one procedure she’s not ready to share just yet.
The Jennifer’s Body actor listed all the procedures she’s had done on a recent appearance of Call Her Daddy. Fox acknowledged that while she wants to be “completely transparent,” it honestly won’t win her any points with trolls who want to tear her down anyway.
That 37-year-old said she had a breast augmentation in her early 20s,
“I had my moobs done when I was 21 or 22. I had them redone after I finished breastfeeding,” she admitted. “I had to redo them very recently because the first set, I didn’t have enough body fat to hide [them]. You could see the implant rippling, so I had to switch them out for this set.”
Fox also admitted that she used Botox and fillers and had her nose done “in my early 20s,” but she apparently stopped there.
“I’ve literally been accused of having six, seven, or eight rhinoplasty surgeries,” she said. “What is impossible, your nose would become necrotic and fall off. I haven’t had a rhinoplasty since I was, I’m going to say, 23. It’s been well over a decade.”
There are also many procedures, she said it has not did, and wanted to set the record straight on those rumors as well.
“I’ve never had a makeover of any kind. No center facelift, no, like, side brow lifts – although I’d like to have one – or no regular brow lift,” she revealed. “I’ve never done threads – I’ve looked into them, not because of some moral thing, I really don’t believe they work and I’m also afraid they’d interfere when I need to have a makeover. But I’m very tempted to have my eyebrows plucked.”
Fox said she has never had buccal fat removed, and that she “will never have any fat removed.”
“I’m a very slim person who doesn’t have enough body fat or facial fat,” Fox explained. “So I’ll never just put fat in, I’ll never take fat out. Which leads me to, I’ve never had any liposuction or body contouring or anything like that.”
The actor joked that she would be “so flat if someone thought I had ice [Brazilian butt lift]” and said he would be willing to take “human donated fat” if that option is available in the future.”
Despite going under the knife a few times, Fox admitted he doesn’t like surgery.

“My body doesn’t respond well to general anesthesia, so when I go to have an operation it’s a very big deal,” said the entertainer, adding that “the fear of dying under general anesthesia is great, so I don’t take light surgery so I haven’t had many of them because of that.”
And despite being open, The Transformers actor said, “There’s one thing I’ve done that’s a gatekeeper because it was really good, and it’s not known plastic surgery. People don’t even really know about it.”
Although Fox has not spoken so candidly about her cosmetic surgery before, she has spoken about struggling with body dysmorphia.
“I never see myself the way other people see me,” Fox told Sports Illustrated last year. “There was no point in my life where I loved my body – never, ever.”
She continued, “When I was little, that was an obsession I had, ‘But I should look like this. And why I had awareness of my body at such a young age, I’m not sure… The journey of loving myself is going to be endless.”
