The police registered a case against a 53-year-old man for attacking his wife with a knife following a fight in Thane. This incident happened near Dombivali. The man fled after attacking his wife with a knife.
The police said that after a fight with his wife, the man attacked her with a knife. The woman was seriously injured in this attack. Today he is being treated at the hospital. The son filed a police complaint. He told police his parents often fought. In fact, the man suspected his wife’s cell phone calls. Because of this he became very worried.
Based on the complaint, the police registered a case against the accused under Section 307 (attempt to murder) of the Indian Penal Code. A police officer said that the case is currently under investigation.
