Mumbai (Showbiz Desk) Gopal Bedi aka Ranjith, the dangerous villain of Bollywood’s past, has revealed that Madhuri Dixit cried during the scene of sexually assaulting Khan in 1989 during the shooting of the film.
According to the Indian newspaper India Today, Gopal Bedi aka Ranjith revealed in a recent interview that Madhuri Dixit refused to shoot flirting scenes with him.
The actor said that he was so popular during that time that he used to shoot for 80 films at the same time, most of which had cameos in.

He admitted that he was mostly offered roles of villains, he was mainly given roles to exploit the heroines, remove their sarees and molest them sexually.
Ranjith said that he was tired of playing such roles, but still played such roles in a professional manner and did not touch any of the heroines inappropriately during the shoot.
The actor said that he never had a problem with any heroine, but in 1989, Madhuri Dixit refused to work with him during the shooting of the film Prem Pratgya.
According to Ranjith, he was supposed to flirt with Madhuri Dixit during the shoot, but the actress started crying as soon as the shoot started and refused to shoot scenes with him.
He did not clarify whether or not the scenes of sexual harassment were later made into the film.
Apart from Ranjith and Madhuri, Prem Pratgya starred Mithun Chakraborty while other actors were also part of the film.
