MUMBAI: There is a major development on the eve of Lok Sabha Election. Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray has announced his unconditional support to Prime Minister Modi-led NDA in the upcoming elections. Thackeray has stated that our party has decided to support Mahayuti (Bharatiya Janata Party, Shiv Sena and National Congress Party) of Prime Minister Modi. MNS has not fielded any candidate for the Lok Sabha elections yet.
Addressing his party’s Gudi Padwa rally (our version of the Ugadi festival), Thackeray announced his support for Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said that the upcoming Lok Sabha elections will decide the future of the country.
My only request to Modi
I will tell the party workers to start preparing for the next Maharashtra assembly elections now. I have told CM Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis that I will not get Rajya Sabha seat or Vidhan Parishad seat. My only request to Prime Minister Modi is to pay attention to the youth. Thackeray said that India has the largest youth population in the world today.
