The Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee has lodged a complaint with the Chief Electoral Officer against the BJP and its candidate in Nagpur Nitin Gadkari for alleged violation of the code of conduct. The letter written in this regard states that despite the clear instructions of the Election Commission regarding the prohibition of involving children in election-related activities, BJP and Nitin Gadkari are using school children for their personal publicity.
