Ingredients to make Shikanji Masala-
-3 teaspoons of black salt
-2 teaspoons of cumin
-1 teaspoon fennel
-1 teaspoon of black pepper
-1 teaspoon cardamom
-2 inch long cinnamon stick
– ½ cup powdered sugar

Method of making Shikanji Masala-
To make Shikanji masala, first heat a pan, add cumin seeds and roast it on a medium flame. When the cumin seeds are lightly roasted, take them out in a plate and keep them to cool. After this, grind roasted cumin and make its powder. Now add black salt, cinnamon, green cardamom, fennel and black pepper to this cumin powder and grind it again. Now filter this ground spice. Shikanji masala as your market ready. Store it in an airtight container.
