Dr. Kiran Seth is touring India on a bicycle to tell people about Indian art and cultural heritage. He has been traveling for the past two years and along with being a professor at IIT Delhi, he has been honored with the Padmashree. As part of his visit, Dr. Seth arrived in Suffolk on Tuesday. He interacted with the students at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya located at the district headquarters. In an hour-long seminar, he explained the importance of concentration and yoga.
