In the SIT notice, Prajwal and HD Revanna were ordered to appear before the SIT. The Karnataka Home Minister said that “No one has been arrested yet in this case. The investigation is on and after taking into account all the facts, a notice has been issued under Section 41A of CrPC. Both will have to appear before the SIT within 24 hours, if both fail to appear, action will be taken against them.” Further steps. Yes, it is not true to say that we do nothing.
