Some have criticized the airline for their poor service.
This is so unfortunate. You must be local Emirates Indian staff. Destroy them. And when you recruit new ones, train them, educate them about culture, hospitality and basic manners and manners.— Sanjeev 🇮🇳 (@sanjeevh) April 9, 2024
I have found @emirates to get one of the worst services from staff, even for business class. Cheeky waiters who chat all night in the A380 lounge. They consider all Indians as crap, who can be pushed around.— Megha Sheth (@megzie0925) April 9, 2024
Meanwhile, Emirates Airlines has responded to the journalist’s post on the micro-blogging site.
He said, “We are sorry to hear about this Srishti. You can submit your feedback. Our Customer Affairs team will review it and get back to you. Message us if you need further assistance.”
