ISLAMABAD (Newsdesk) Pakistan will revalidate the pipeline survey before construction of Pak-Iran gas pipeline.
According to Petroleum Department sources, an 80 km pipeline will be built from Gwadar to the Iranian border.
Sources said Interstate Gas Systems has issued tenders for survey revalidation, consultants will be hired for survey design and engineering.

According to petroleum division sources, the project’s earlier survey and engineering plan are decades old, and Pakistan is taking all possible steps to avoid a possible $18 billion fine.
