In such a situation, you can make Rajasthani Kadhi on this day. This sour tasting curry goes well with roti or rice. The good thing is that you can prepare it quickly. See how to do it –

Material
2 cups sour curds
4 cups of water
6 to 7 tablespoons of gram flour
half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
salt as needed
2 tablespoons of ghee
half a teaspoon of mustard seeds
1/4 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds
half a teaspoon of cumin
1 bay leaf
1 pinch asafoetida
half a teaspoon of red chilli powder
2 whole dry red chillies

How to make Kadhi
To make kadhi, mix sour curd, water, gram flour and half a teaspoon of turmeric powder until smooth. Remember that there should be no lumps in it. Then keep a saucepan on low heat and pour this solution into it. Now keep stirring occasionally and cook for 15 to 20 minutes until the gram flour is cooked and the curry becomes a little thick. Cover it and keep it aside. And until we prepared the tadka. For this, heat oil or ghee in a small pan. Then add mustard seeds first along with bay leaves on low flame. Allow the mustard seeds to crack. Then add cumin seeds and fenugreek to it. While stirring, add red chilli and asafoetida. Fry for a few seconds. Then turn off the flame. Add red chilli powder and mix and add this seasoning to the curry immediately. After 5 to 6 minutes, mix and serve hot Rajasthani Kadhi with roti or rice. You can add boondi in kadhi.
