In Rajasthan, Dhulandi festival is celebrated on the occasion of Holi. It is organized by the Department of Tourism and is celebrated at Jaipur Khasa Kothi.

In Assam’s Dibrugarh, devotees of Shyam played Holi with flowers in a special Prabhat Pheri. A dedicated Mahavir Toshniwal said, “I extend my best wishes to all the people of the country. This is the sixth year we are organizing this. We are playing Holi with flowers and Itra,” ANI reported.

In Kolkata West Bengal, visuals show people applying colors to each other on the occasion of Holi.

In West Bengal’s Jadavpur, Trinamool Congress leader Sayoni Ghosh celebrated the festival with locals.

Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath performed ‘Rudrabhishek’ at Gorakhnath Temple on the occasion of Holi.

In the Mahakaleshwar Temple of Ujjain in Madhya Pradesh, on the occasion of Holi ‘Bhasma Aarti’ was held.

Actor Sanjay Mishra participated in the ‘Herbal Holi’ celebration in Bhubaneswar on Sunday. “Vegetarian Holi is a good thing, it is organic future. We should avoid chemicals while playing Holi. So, it is a good practice in that direction,” ANI quoted Sanjay Mishra as saying.

In Maharashtra’s Pune, children were seen playing with colors as they celebrated the Holi festival.

Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan’s granddaughter Navya Nanda shared several pictures where the family was seen participating in traditional Indian Holika Dahan celebrations.

Navya Nanda’s post read, “Holika Dahan.”

Abhishek Bachchan’s Instagram post with some pictures reads, “May the Holika burn away all evil. Happy Holi!”

In the National Capital, the Delhi Traffic Police has been deployed with special teams across major intersections to check drunk driving and red light jumping on Holi.

New Delhi Deputy Commissioner of Traffic Police, Prashant Gautam, said that they have made detailed arrangements so that the festival of colors is celebrated safely and peacefully. “During New Delhi, they have deployed around 400 traffic police personnel in 61 traffic points and around 40 picketers in conjunction with local police. In addition to traffic regulation, the focus will be on drunk driving, triple riding, without a helmet and without a seat belt. driving,” PTI quoted Prashant Gautam as saying.
