According to the information received, in Kagsar village, soil is dug with JCB and sold in tractor trolleys. On Tuesday afternoon, Sagar, the mining guard of the department, was sent to the spot along with his team to investigate it and from there, soil was being taken away in tractor trolleys with the help of JCB.

Acting immediately, the team seized a JCB and a tractor trolley from the spot and got them parked at the Narnaund police station under police custody. The department will prepare a full report and a fine will be imposed.
Sagar mining guard said that illegal soil mining is being done in Kagsar village without any permission. Illegal lifting of soil has caused a loss of revenue to the government. A report of the case will be prepared and handed over to the Regional Mining Officer. In which notice will be given to the owner of the farm and the owner of the JCB. After that further action will be taken.
