The police registered a case in the death of a laborer couple due to the collapse of the safety tank wall of the house under construction in Sohagpur, Narmadapuram. On Saturday night, the 5th day of the incident, at 10.30 pm, the police registered a case of Section 304A against Rajesh alias Chhotu Ahirwar, a resident of Ramganj Sohagpur, a house construction contractor.

According to the police, the deceased couple were Jugal Kishore Thakur (33) and Rupabai.
