Giving information about the case, the deceased’s brother Raju said that he lived in the Indra Complex area of ​​Khedipul. In 2016, his brother had a fight with Manjeet, a resident of Sidol village. Manjeet died due to bullet injury in this battle. In this case, a case was registered against his brother Rinku under sections of murder and he was sent to Neemka jail in 2016. Raju said that he was completely fine when Rinku reached Neemka jail.
I got sick in February
The deceased’s brother said that in February 2024, Rinku told him over the phone that she was sick and had a stomach ache. Get him out of jail and get him treated somewhere. Since then they demanded bail from Rinku’s jail, so that she could get proper treatment. But Rinku was not granted bail and was not given proper treatment from Neemka jail. Because of this Rinku Neem died in prison due to negligence in the treatment.
The prison administration was informed in the morning
According to Raju, around 6:00 am today, a call was received from the police personnel that Rinku was sick and was in BK hospital. When they arrived at BK Hospital after receiving information about his illness, he was nowhere to be found at BK Hospital, instead his body was found lying in the BK Hospital mortuary.
The family members accused the prison administration
After Rinku’s sudden death, the family members of the deceased are now accusing the Neemka jail administration of negligence in handling. He says if Rinku’s health was very bad then why was she not admitted to any hospital for treatment and why was she not informed.
Death will be revealed after a post mortem
In this case, ASI Rajesh, who came from post number three, said that the deceased was already sick because of which he died. The post-mortem of the deceased is carried out under the supervision of the magistrate. The real reason will only be revealed after a post-mortem.
