In Hisar, Haryana, a married woman committed suicide by hanging herself. The married woman’s father claims that his daughter has been ridiculed by her husband and other in-laws for not giving birth to a son. During this the girl was beaten. Because of which married woman, Renubala committed suicide by hanging herself with a chunni in her mother’s house.

The police conducted a post-mortem on the body on Wednesday and handed it over to the family members.
