Bhupendra Singh Hooda will go to meet the Governor of Haryana along with his four members of parliament.

In the letter submitted to the Haryana Governor on May 11, the Congress Party had demanded a ground test, but now the party leaders have changed the planning. Instead of conducting a floor test, the Congress leaders are now planning to dissolve the assembly. The opinion of the Congress about this

.

Congress Legislature Party deputy leader Aftab Ahmed said that the delegation’s meeting with the Governor will include former CM Bhupendra Singh Hooda, State Congress President Uday Bhan and 4 MLAs.

However, after Kiran Choudhary quit the Congress, the number of Congress MLAs in the Assembly remains at 28. Earlier, Varun Chaudhary had resigned from the Mullana Assembly after winning the Lok Sabha elections.

Congress changed its strategy because of these reasons

fear of horse trading

The first reason for the Congress to dissolve the Haryana Assembly is horse trading. Political experts say the party feels the BJP can trade MLAs to save the government. The biggest reason for this is that some MLAs from the Congress Party are said to be angry with the former CM Hooda regarding the distribution of tickets in the Lok Sabha elections, he may change sides during the voting in the elections.

There is a full chance of a split in JJP.

After breaking the alliance with BJP in Haryana, many MLAs have rebelled in JJP. In such a situation, if there is a ground proof, JJP rebels will be seen standing in the BJP camp. Two JJP MPs Joogiram Sihag and Ramniwas Surjakheda attend BJP meetings openly. BJP can take full advantage of this in the floor test as well as in the Rajya Sabha elections.

Only election option is visible

In the recently held Lok Sabha elections, the Congress has reached from 0 to 5. The vote percentage has also increased to 46 percent. In such a situation, the Congress wants the atmosphere in Haryana to remain in favor of the party. Therefore, if the Assembly is dissolved and elections are held, the Congress will clearly benefit from it. Anyway, in this Lok Sabha election, Congress has led BJP in more than 50 assembly seats.

JJP wants Bommai ruling in Haryana

Like the Congress, JJP’s Dushyant Chautala and INLD’s Abhay Chautala have written a letter to the governor asking him to call the assembly session for the floor test. JJP wants Governor SR Bommai to act as per the decision. In the Bommai case, a bench of 9 judges had ruled that the only way to find out the government’s support would be a substantive test.

Two members of the JJP, Ram Niwas Surjakheda from Narwana and Jogi Ram Sihag from Barwala, had supported the BJP during the Lok Sabha elections. He also met CM Nayab Singh Saini after the Lok Sabha election results and assured support if the no-confidence motion comes.

These JJP MLAs have switched sides

Some JJP MLAs have switched sides in the Lok Sabha elections itself. Tohana MLA JJP Devendra Singh Babli has supported Kumari Shailaja on the Sirsa Lok Sabha seat. JJP Guhla MLA Ishwar Singh’s son joined the Congress and two sons of the party’s Shahbad MLA Ram Karan Kala also joined the Congress during the parliamentary election campaign. This shows that there is turmoil in JJP.

Congress was left behind due to Kiran’s resignation.

The BJP has 41 MPs and with the support of lone Haryana Lokhit Party (HLP) Member of Parliament Gopal Kanda and independent Nayan Pal Rawat, their tally is 43. In the opposition, after Kiran Choudhary’s resignation from the Congress, 28 members remain now, the Jannayak Janata Party (JJP) has 10 and the Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) has one member.

3 independents support Congress and another independent Balraj Kundu opposes BJP. In this way the number of opposition MPs has also increased to 43.

Not 90, now 87 MLAs in the House

The number of ATMs in Haryana Assembly is 90. But, after the demise of Badshahpur MLA Rakesh Daulatabad on May 25, resignation of Electricity Minister and BJP candidate from Hisar Lok Sabha seat Ranjit Singh and resignation of MLA Mullana Varun Chaudhary after a fight from Ambala Lok Sabha seat , the House now has 87 MEPs.
