The thief committed the crime at Shri Baba Ramdevi temple located in Sahuwala Pratham village of Sirsa district. The thief broke open the donation box kept in the temple and stole cash worth Rs 4,000 from it. This incident of theft was caught in the CCTV installed in the temple.

Three youths had come to commit the crime, two youths started keeping vigil outside the temple and the third one committed the crime. Badagudha police station has registered an FIR against an unidentified youth on the complaint of the temple priest.

According to the information, there is a temple of Shri Baba Ramdev Ji in Sahuwala Pratham village. The temple priest, Pandit Sohan Lal, says that when he went to the temple in the evening on June 11, he found the lock of the donation box broken and a donation amount of Rs 4,000 was found missing. After this, when I saw the video from the CCTV camera installed in the temple, the incident of theft was caught in it. After watching the video, it was found that three youths came to the temple in the afternoon. Two of these youths went back outside and began to keep watch.

The third youth entered the temple and broke the lock of the gift box and stole the money. Priest Sohan Lal says he informed the police about the incident. After this the police arrived at the van and inspected the van. Sohan Lal says he handed over the CCTV footage to the police.
Police involved in investigation
Investigating officer Satbir Singh says a case has been registered against an unidentified youth on the statement of priest Sohan Lal. The incident has been caught on CCTV and on the basis of the footage the thieves will soon be identified. After this the accused will be arrested.
