Highlights

  1. An alleged audio of an IAS woman goes viral in Gwalior
  2. Allegation of intimidation in land dispute, registered across FIR
  3. An FIR was filed against the other party at Gola Ka Mandir police station.

Representative Naiduniya, Gwalior. A high-profile case of assault and intimidation by breaking into a house over a land dispute has come to light in the city’s Maharajpura police station. An FIR has been lodged against the father-in-law and other in-laws of an IAS officer posted in Bundelkhand. An audio related to this incident is distributed on the internet media on Sunday, 12 days after the incident, where a woman threatens a man, even using very offensive language.

The woman using abusive language is alleged to be the wife of an IAS officer. Naiduniya does not verify this audio. The FIR was lodged 12 days ago, but the audio was widely circulated on Sunday. Not only this, an FIR has already been registered against the other party in this case under the same sections at Gola Mandir police station. Police officers have this to say about the audio being broadcast as that of the IAS wife. Nothing is clear in terms of sound. Cross FIR has been registered on both sides, hence investigation is on.

Sanju’s wife, Girraj Tiwari, who lives in Subhanjalipuram, Maharajpura, Gwalior, had reached the Maharajpura police station on March 13 and complained that she was at her home at 11 am. His father Umashankar Sharma was also at home, when Jagatnarayan alias Munna Thapak came with a young man and a girl. These people called themselves the son and daughter of Jagatnarayan Thapac. Some others were also with him. These people threatened the girl to throw the father out. When the girl said she was not at home, these people pushed the door and entered. Then these people erred. Beat up dad. He also said- Take your daughter, she will appear on her own. Then these people threaten and leave.

On the complaint of Sanju Tiwari, Maharajpura police station registered an FIR under sections of housebreaking, intimidation and assault. On Sunday, an audio related to this incident was widely distributed, this audio is said to belong to the wife of the IAS. Police officers say – there is no such information. Jagatnarayan Thapak is the father-in-law of an IAS officer. Jagatnarayan’s daughter and son are mentioned in the FIR, so FIR posts against IAS wife are also happening on the internet media but the police officials are not saying anything in this regard.

An FIR was lodged by Sanju Tiwari on 13 March. In this he wrote – A young man and a girl had come with Jagatnarayan Thapak, they called themselves his son and daughter but their names were not known. Then an application dated March 15 has come to light, this application has been given to the Collector. The name is written in it, not only this, the name of the administrative officer and information about his wife is also there. So, at the moment nothing is clear in this matter.

An FIR was filed against the other party at Gola Ka Mandir police station.

Gola Mandir police station in-charge Rajkumar Sharma said that these two cases are related, hence senior officials have handed over the investigation to them. An FIR was lodged against Girraj Tiwari and his family members on behalf of Jagatnaran Thapak at Gola Ka Mandir police station. These people had entered his house and attacked him.

The FIR lodged at the Maharajpura police station is due to the ongoing land dispute. First, one party had lodged an FIR at Gola Ka Mandir police station, while the other party lodged an FIR at Maharajpura police station. The accused parties in the FIR lodged at the Maharajpura police station were found to be relatives of the administrative officer. There is no confirmation of being threatened by the woman.

A Cross FIR has been registered regarding the land dispute. What is mentioned here about sound is wrong. Both cases are being investigated. On the other hand, an FIR has already been registered at the Gola Ka Mandir police station.
