Guwahati: A woman’s body was found on the roadside in Guwahati’s Dafalia area on April 6. The deceased has been identified as Dippy Powder, a resident of this area.

According to a preliminary assessment, the woman was allegedly hacked by her husband, who later died.

The accused has been identified as Akhan Biswaz who is Deepali’s second husband.
Speaking to GPlus, an official from the Fatasil Ambari police station said, "The body was located by a patrol party around 3 am. The accused is now in police custody and further legal proceedings will continue."
