Gunmen, Screaming And Deadly Siege: Chilling Videos Show How ISIS Attack On Moscow Concert Hall Revealed Achi-News

People hid under the seats of the concert halls, rushed towards the exit door and hid behind pillars as ISIS terrorists attacked the venue located in suburban Moscow.

At least 115 people died and more than 100 were injured in the terrorist attack targeting concertgoers at Crocus City Hall near Moscow on Friday. Islamic State gunmen dressed in combat fatigues burst into the concert hall in the Russian capital and opened fire on the crowd.

Videos on social media from inside the venue show huge plumes of smoke in the large concert hall and people running in panic, screaming and hiding under seats for cover as gunshots could be heard in the background has gone viral.

The Islamic State claimed responsibility for the attack. The United Nations, the United States, the EU, India, Iran, Japan and several other countries have condemned the terrorist attack. Russian President Vladimir Putin is yet to make a public comment on the terrorist attack but through his deputy prime minister he wished the injured a speedy recovery.

Social media pictures showed people inside the concert hall screaming for their lives as the sounds of assault rifles firing could be heard in the background. The gunmen spied away in a van and are yet to be caught.

The United States said it warned Russia earlier about the possibility of a terrorist attack that would target mass gatherings. The people who faced the attack at Crocus City Hall had gathered there for a concert by a Soviet-era rock band, Piknik.

The rock band has been safely evacuated.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has yet to publicly comment on the terrorist attack but wished victims a speedy recovery through his deputy prime minister. He also spoke to the heads of law enforcement and emergency services following the deadly attack and received reports from the head of the security services (FSB), the Investigative Committee, the National Guard, and the ministers of the interior, health and emergency situations, the Kremlin said Russian news outlets.

Islamic State claimed responsibility for the attack on one of its social media outlets and said attackers had ‘returned safely to their bases’ after attacking innocents at Crocus City Hall.
