In an interview, Rupali said, life is about observing people and absorbing things from them. For me, when I saw Anupama, I saw that she did not speak English. I saw him speaking Hindi with a Gujarati accent. So I wanted to do it. I took many things from the Prime Minister.
According to him, when you listen to his speech, you will find that he speaks a few words in Hindi in which the Gujarati accent is prominent and he does not shy away from it. He owns it. The way he maintains his confidence or presents his views in front of others, I chose the same way for Anupama as well.
Rupali Ganguly, who is also known as Monisha in the popular sitcom Sarabhai vs Sarabhai, said her neighbor also helped her learn the Gujarati accent.
Rupali said- “I had a Gujarati neighbor and I used to go to her house for dinner. So I learned my Anupama accent from him.
