The Google Pixel Watch has officially been unveiled, and once again, we have a good idea of what the Pixel smartwatch will look like. Google says it has created the Pixel Watch to be your everyday gear that doubles as a smartphone on your wrist. It has an AMOLED display with thick bezels that Google proudly displays. It is powered by Exynos chipset and runs on WearOS operating system.
Google Pixel Watch Price
The Google Pixel Watch comes in Wi-Fi only and the LTE variant is priced at $349 (roughly Rs. 28,269) and $399 (roughly Rs. 32,000) respectively. The Pixel Watch is coming to select markets, not India at the moment.
Google Pixel Watch Features
The Pixel Watch case is made of 80 percent recycled materials, something we’ve seen even Samsung and Apple use these days. The band has a soft-touch finish, which has a unique fit for the Pixel Watch. It weighs 36 grams without the band, making it easy to wear throughout the day and even while sleeping. Google has smartly designed bands that fit both small and large wrist sizes.
It works on any Android phone with version 8.0 or later. The Pixel Watch has an AMOLED display that supports the always-on display feature and offers a pixel density of 320 ppi with a brightness of up to 1000 nits.
The Pixel Watch runs WearOS 3.5 version, powered by an Exynos 9110 SoC with 2GB of RAM and offers 32GB of internal storage for apps, watch faces and more. The Pixel Watch can be controlled via the side button and haptic crown. Most Google applications work on the Pixel Watch, and the display gets Corning Gorilla Glass 5 durability with 5ATM water resistance. Google ships a magnetic charging unit in the box with the Pixel Watch.
