A youth was injured in the firing that took place near Mathura on the road leading to Sixlane Bridge under construction of Bidupur Police Station in Vishali following a clash over a personal dispute. The injured was identified as Sani Kumar, 18-year-old son of Umesh Rai, a resident of Mathura village.

After the incident the injured were brought to Bidupur PHC. From there after first aid he was immediately referred to Sadr Hajipur Hospital. According to the suspicion, the reason for the incident is indecent acts and harassment.
The police started an investigation after the incident
It may be noted that some unruly boys entered the school on July 19 and displayed obscenities at the government middle school, Mathura. On the second day, some unruly students beat students in the school with sticks. Due to this, the youth of the village divided into two groups and the tension between them increased.
On Friday, the dispute between them increased again and a shooting incident took place. Upon receiving information about the incident, the Bidopur police arrived at the scene and started investigating the matter. Four rounds of shooting occurred although the police did not say anything clear about it.

The Superintendent of Bidopur Police Station, Arun Kumar, said that a bullet was fired in connection with an incident that took place at the school recently, in which one person was injured. The bullet hit the left side of the liver. However, after the incident the police are investigating the matter.
