Muzaffarpur North Bihar Chamber of Commerce on Monday wrote a letter to the Municipal Commissioner regarding haphazard construction and poor management of a smart city in the city. Expressed grief over the loss of the life of an innocent four-year-old boy due to mismanagement by the agency. General Secretary Sajjan Sharma said in a letter to the Municipal Commissioner that due to the poor condition of the roads, overturning of vehicles and two-wheelers on any road has become common.
