American businessman and tech mogul Elon Musk spilled the beans on Sunday on who he will vote for in the upcoming presidential elections, hinting at his political leanings, but warned that if there is no “red wave”, – a color that refers to Republicans.

Democratic candidate President Joe Biden and Republican Donald Trump are expected to face each other this year in November for presidential elections.

Elon Musk – who is also the founder of the Boring Company and xAI – responded to a post on his social media platform X writing about who he voted for in the last presidential polls.

A user on X posted a poll with the caption: “I used to consider myself a Democrat. Now I feel like the Democratic party is really bad, but I still consider myself a Liberal. Any another one?”

Former CEO X Musk wrote in response: “I voted 100% [Democrat] until a few years ago. Now, I think we need a red wave or America is toast. “

Elon Musks comments show he may have endorsed Donald Trump

The founder of SpaceX, aged 52, has been very critical of the Joe Biden administration, and his immigration policy.

In 2021, his car company Tesla was also not included in the list of the summit of electric car manufacturers at the White House, although he is the largest manufacturer of electric vehicles.

“Yeah, it seems strange that Tesla wasn’t invited,” Musk responded at the time on X.

With his comments similar to those of Donald Trump about immigration, it is predicted that his political sympathies may lie with the Republican party, however, he has not yet endorsed any of the presidential candidates.

Last week, former CEO X confirmed his meeting with the former president on March 3 but ruled out pouring money into his campaign.
